I once heard the full story. the person was not supposed to be out there. it was some inspector with a big ego or something like thay.

On the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, he would've been told to pull his head out of his ass. No safety vest and lost in the middle of a heavy equipment freeway? Can't feel sorry for him!💯🤣
I drive heavy machines and I hate it when someone stand close to my machine and I'm driving it I just hate that
She was killed instantly. That's a concrete mixer for concrete truck loading. Can almost promise she was torn apart by the blades and probably crushed into a few pieces before they could shut it off. Those mixers can mix 8000 pounds plus. Shame. I was a saw mill and saw a man get run over by a log loader. Squeezed him out across the yard like a toothpaste tube. The worst part was, nobody saw it but me and one other guy. The operator just kept on grabbing logs and loading them on a peeler and the entire crew was running the mill. We were electricians wiring a new platform, and we're running underground lines. The guy tried moving but his feet were getting stuck in the mud. It missed him, and he fell forward trying to pull himself out and it backed up over him, and all his insides shot out like a gushing hose. I fell trying to get out of our trenching line, but he was gone. By the time I got someone's attention, the loader ran over him twice more. Heart breaking.
I mean really, why just be standing there so casually...
And this is why you never get near heavy equipment. Most get no second chance.
