I'm guessing insulation but for what climate? I'm in Oklahoma and my crawlspace looks nothing like that, it's just rough dirt and bare pipe everywhere.
I used to install vapor barrier underneath mobile homes. this job is very tight and not good for anyone over 5-5 lol.. also not a good job if you are claustrophobic!!
