The cop didn't panick when he told him he was licensed to carry. Scared cops usually escalate the situation, which is usually when the problem starts.

Yes yes yes !!! No need to trip with the officer, way to be respectful young black man. Instead of saying , “why you stoping me for doing that lil over the speed limit? Man you got better things to do ? Etc. Officer was cool too. Some things can turn out better if people think rather than react !!! Sometimes it’s scary and we loose our thoughts and do dumb stuff but it’s up to us to check ourselves rather than the officer. In most cases👍🏼
if you know you're in the wrong just be polite and you may get off with a warning or something lesser that's all being tough get you no where

But you see that if you cooperate with the police you don’t get hurt, plus he helped him out changing the charge so the the ticket is less expensive!!! So you see? There are good cops all you have to do is have a little respect. Do what they ask!!!
