Jaywalking is illegal. My ex actually got a ticket for it. But he's walking in a crosswalk. That is legal, though you can't see if he's walking with the walk light or not.

He’s walking at the light, pedestrian has the right away.. even on a green light, cars yield to pedestrians, it’s a phat ticket if you dnt..!!
