I don’t like it because it can hurt the dogs spine. Why do they allow kids to sit on dogs backs? They’re not horses

Ok people, it’s a baby, not heavy and the dog doesn’t seem phased by it and you don’t know if this was only a few seconds when the kid says something. And I just saw a white little girl sitting on a smaller dog, l on another reel, you all going to say something to her?
