I'll never understand why they don't remove the jewelry and then pop the pimple. makes no sense
you should be wearing gloves doing this because any bacteria that you might have on your hands is now susceptible to getting in her ear and causing an even bigger issue than she's already had. number two this looks like it could be caused from the piercing itself might be time to take it out and give your rest let your ear heal at least and then put it back in
you need to keep your nasty finger nail out of it less likely to get bad infection best to wear sterile gloves
I’d get those all the time when I was a teenager I had piercings all up both ears
