just following orders. of course there are abuses of the office. we will deal with them too when they are caught. just be honest and be civil with one another. might not be as many incidents of this nature. just some food for thought...
Local cop wrote a ticket to a teen driver rear ending an elderly lady making a turn without a blinker - the elderly lady went to court as the teen with his mother - the cop changed his story said it was the elderly lady’s fault HOW? Judge dismissed the case elderly ladies insurance was immediately billed just days after the wreck and paid for the damages because the cop wouldn’t release a copy of report until weeks later
he bright lights us all the way down coffin st trying to blind us and hoping that it covers the blinker so it doesn't show when he turns it on. epic fail on that one elmore!!
why he is bright lighting us is a mystery. he did this all the way down coffin st to the other side of town. this is the second time he got behind us. got behind us on the way to the goodwill to drop off and donate items. parked on the other side of the goodwill and got right in behind us again as we pulled out of the goodwill. followed us to the other side of town. sad we had to wait a year and a half to get this police dash cam. they are intentionally trying to stall evidence till the statute of limitations takes affect in Oct of 2025
To pull someone over for not signaling 100ft before a turn is petty af, and is just an excuse to perform the stop.
until I can find a lawyer willing to file a motion to vacate this conviction. we can't move forward with this case
elmore reported that he didnt signal a 100ft before the turn, when he did. then in my video i have not only elmore but other officers stating Pennsylvania vs Mimms allows them to put their hands on you.
and I will also point out there is only room for one car at the stop light. other cars are supposed to wait back at the service road and coffin st intersection. clearly shows the officer james elmore pulling up right behind us. therefore meaning he was blocking traffic. if em's had needed to get through the intersection of the service road, they would not have been able to as officer James elmore is blocking that intersection. In reality, the officer james elmore was violating the traffic laws. not the innocent driver in the truck as he so graciously put in his report. traffic at an intersection, bright lighting us all the way down coffin st. probably didn't even turn his blinker on to turn. officer turning his blinker on can't be proven unless camera footage can be obtained from traffic light camera. but as far as the other traffic violations the officer broke can be proven. .

Let me explain where the 100ft mark is. see where the truck stops at the traffic light. 100ft mark is halfway in the same area thr truck is stopped at the light. He turned his blinker on well before that right at the service road
