The water buffalo is being sanitized, super clorinated. This will be flushed out, rinsed and then refilled for safe drinking water. Did this many times.

Spraying water with bleach in it DOES SUD. Fill your tank first, then add bleach, about a teaspoon/gallon. The ride will stir it up good. The higher concentration of bleach, the easier it suds up!!
