Ms. Macklin is alive and faked her death as "missing", but what the APD failed to disclose is that her daughter, Leonta Carter, took an insurance policy on her mother in the state of Indiana, just prior to her reporting her mother "missing".No body has been found in 4.5 years since her disappearance and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was never introduced to the case to search or investigate Sean Macklin's disappearance.
