Outside Phoenix, AZ. City called Youngtown (Yes it is spelled correctly). Across the street from Sun City, AZ. $850 for 2 bedroom apartment. But they gave me a $254 discount because I'm over 65 and they get subsidies for having everyone who lives here over the age of 65. Electric in summer is $200 winter $100. I'm 72 and I get $1140 monthly social security. I get food stamps, thanks to Obama and Medicaid and Medicare also thanks to Obamacare.
