That is so true. Thank you for service as well. Not only what you are saying is true but we carried teasers and pepper spray that could have been used. I blame our justices system for how some offices get away with stuff when they need to be charge. But like you said one office mess up we all pay for it. When it need to be that one officer

I know exactly what you're talking about and it can always be frustrating when one person can have the tide of a whole community, by doing one stupid act like unaliving a person that could not have hurt them in any real real way.
