It should NEVER get to this point. I heard her say she had a restraining order on him at that moment people could've jumped him and been just fine. I am so tired of the double standard in law enforcement these days. Yet because she attempted to get help she got a piece of paper that did nothing. He should've been in jail for stalking.

I warned my daughter about her last boyfriend, but she refused to listen. Because she’s an adult, I couldn’t do much about it. After 3 1/2 years, she finally broke up with him because he had crossed the line to physical abuse. When he went to pick up his leftover stuff at her place, I kept a gun on my hip. A couple days later, he called her and wanted to meet up at a state park. I told her that if she goes that he will kill her and then himself. Thank God she listened this time! She didn’t go, she sent the police. He conned he way out by showing the police his really nice and expensive pistol. A week later he admitted to my daughter that he was planning a murder, suicide because he was so distraught about losing her. She blocked his phone and never looked back. We did have to sell her car because we couldn’t find the tracker that he hid in it.

I can see both sides of this, having dealt with two black baby mamas that won't let me see my kids I can understand where this dude is coming from. UPDATE : They still haven't found him. I feel so sorry for her family. Her and her dad were really close, and she has a daughter that now has no mommy. The killer text the dad right after talking bout he's gonna be gone for a long time and he's sorry. The dad and the killer boyfriend were also close, because he said he's like a father that he never had. Dad said he treated him like his own, and he just started changing due to his daughter not wanting a relationship with him anymore, so she can focus on her and her daughter. just sad I hope they catch him.
