Like always with the short videos, I don't know the whole story yet. However, if someone's drinking and driving then they ought to have their license removed, revoked, and not be able to drive. Two of my sons, two different years were both hit by drunk drivers.one said she's on her way to church, the other one didn't even know she was dragging my son stuck to the underpinning of a wheel well with his bike for 20 ft before she stopped. So yeah I say I'll drunk drivers need to go to jail 3 months and if they they repeat a second time, then they ought to go to prison.

Never blow, or give blood. If you do, you will be charged with DWI , lose your license and get 48 hours in jail, and carry sr22 insurance, I believe . If you don't submit, yes, you will lose your license for a year but will not be found guilty and have fines, court costs, etc. People, though, don't drink and drive. It's not worth it . You could kill yourself or God forbid a kid.

Are you kidding me something like this happened to me and I refuse to take the test luckily the grace of God was on my side because did nothing happen however I did get some tickets. I got an attorney and got it situated and handled but keep in mind never surround it to a blow test.
