Most of the teachers are there to be nothing more than a babysitter. The kids are not being taught they graduate from 12 th grade and couldn’t even read the local newspaper and understand it. The Unions are protecting these so called teachers. My granddaughter terribly dyslexic and I discovered it. I took this to her school and they did not want to take any responsibility. I taught her to read up to fifth grade level within six weeks and taught her to do her math. We made flash cards and taught her level of spelling. I went through the neighborhood and talked to parents and we had a meeting with the school board. We accomplished a little bit as the school did not take any responsibility for the kids not learning. Parent teach conferences are not enough to know what is really being taught. No books!!!

I have been mostly deaf as long as I can recall. I do have some hearing. back then, teachers worked with kids to be sure everyone learned. one child had thick glasses. we were seated at the front of the class where I could hear better and she could see better. problem solved with no lawsuits or bullying. that's what we need more of today. damn the Democrat Liberals for destroying everything good in 🇺🇸
all these people that's on school bords think they can act like God, when thier not. I can't stand members on the school board that a lot of them don't have kids of their own , yet want to tell you how to raise your kids. they all need to burn
School districts receive a lot of funding for special education programs and IEP for students who have special needs. School Boards and Administrators have a responsibility to provide what is necessary for these students. Although some do an excellent job, many parents have to fight for every single thing that their child needs. This man is doing exactly what he needs to do when dealing with a negligent school.
