He drives over her gets out looks around and she was under the van. He gets in and drives over her again. Then gets out and looks at her and leaves. What kind of person is he! My god even the people in there cars are just sitting there. Finally someone gets out to help. I know we are living in scary times and people are hesitant to help for fear they may get hurt. But at least if you don’t get out yell out to the person. I’m calling 911 for you.
