Hate to say it, but we independent contractors have a right to refuse customers/orders. Just the same as going into a store and they refuse service.

This happened to me, I broke down in my box truck & the tow truck guy came & said that he needs a flat bed for a truck this size because it won’t fit. Sometimes you have to call a place that specializes in large mammals, like sea world or maybe one of those larger transportation companies that specializes in moving XXXLARGE ITEMS. They could have easily shut down a few highways so they could get “Free Willy” over to Arby’s. 🤦‍♂️
