He a young con man that’s lying about a situation that doesn’t exist trying to extort money from citizens with his heads up young man kind of mentality he’s hoping to gain financially from them being charitable because of his heads up, alert, saving the money on a major ticket, so why not give him a buck or two is the mind set that he counting from citizens that call thief by deception because he’s deceiving you committing a crime hoping for financial gain by creating a false scenario
