it's tail is wagging the whole time. it's playing . my Shepard pit mix and I play rough like this but Ive trained him to only do so when I have a certain hoody on and only does with me. he was also taught " gentle play" and " calm" for when he gets to wild up. it's all in training. notice how the dog stopped after she yelled " ow!" it thought she wanted to be playing .

I inherited my grandson pit. She was trained when I got her and the most gentle and smart dog O have witnessed. She doesn't attack or bark at ppl, but if I don't speak or talk to a person, she sits by me on alert. It is truly how pits are raised. They get a bad name because of their upbringing.
