The last I knew of a traffic crime it was out on the street not in your house
violation of his 4th! If the officer wanted to give him a parking citation, he could have done it just like every other parking violation and put it on the vehicle.... "traffic crime" lol cops ego probably got him a lawsuit. The guy was under no obligation to continue the contact. No RAZ, PC, or warrant to give the officer legal authority to detain, arrest, or enter a dwelling. the stopping the door and entering prior to claiming a detention is a violation of the 4th and would be burglary.
