i hope the bike rider got a ticket for running the red light too.
The Cyclist looked Left but Not Right! Obviously the Driver in the Black SUV was Not Paying Attention also!
*driver has no idea because the green light and possibly little ones distracting, etc. bikers need to follow rules, also. I feel bad for the stupidity of the biker. 😕
