*driver has no idea because the green light and possibly little ones distracting, etc. bikers need to follow rules, also. I feel bad for the stupidity of the biker. 😕

Cyclist’s fault totally, if the car would of stopped, she wouldn’t of got a ticket. I see cyclists running red lights all the time. They think they can do anything they want, but they have to follow the same rules of the road.
