to be the person who caused this
that train was rolling faster than 45 into town. LEOs had time to contact the intermodal and have the train halted. the trucker probably didn't have the right permits. had he then he wouldn't have carried the load over that intersection. call it a perfect storm.
do you know how long that's going to take to clean up!?🤷🏻❓ I don't... but it's probably going to be a min...
