I am a believer if we hold teachers policeman, doctors, dentist, especially tical people in office accountable personally for their actions. This would be a better country. But when somebody’s being sued, it’s the cities that pay the counties that pay the taxpayers that pay and that’s why they continue to do the harm they do that’s changed the laws and if it could be proven that a person doing a job harm, another person they have to be held liable financially personally And not have their job paid the fines
