I have no clue as to what happened before this clip but it looks like the officer has an attitude, why tow the car for being illegally parked when he pulled him over that just sounds crazy! Why couldn’t one of them just park his car there seems to be plenty of parking spaces it’s just the decent thing to do.

Every time the police caches them, they start acting like victims. We all know that he must have been doing something wrong. NO ONE is detained for no reason. I have lived in Plainfield for decades, never had an issue with the police, simple because I don't cause travel. Find a job and pay your taxes and you will not have issues with the police.
