Looks like you’re in a work vehicle? Does your employer seriously pay you to sit around and video tape the less fortunate for almost 5 minutes!!?? That’s a complete waste of time and humanity. For the ppl saying bed bugs, possibly, but most likely the itching and picking is a side effect from the drug he’s using. Did it even occur to the person who decided to tape this unfortunate soul to ask if he needed help in finding directions to getting to a rescue mission or some kind of shelter? Probably not. Most ppl don’t want to get involved, I get it but you certainly don’t need to sit there and hit record for 5 min to try and get freakin clicks online. Disgusting behavior. No humanity at all
