the blue xar doesn't have a light. they ha e a yield. they tried to follow the car in front and caused an accident. it was their responsibility to yield.

the driver with the dash cam was driving pretty much twice as fast as they should have been. they were approaching slow traffic only about 75 ft in front of them when they hit the other car. if they have been driving at a normal speed they would have avoided the entire thing. and as far as the blue car maybe they looked over their shoulder saw the cam driver 500 ft away thought it was okay to go and then a second and a half later the car was on top of them. why? because he was driving much too fast
i mean looks like blue car was obviously coming into that lane I guess they were supposed to yield and may be at fault but I think that was clearly avoidable

it is not the blue cars Fault... the guy with the trailer didn't stay in his lane, and he wasn't trying to go with the lane he was in. he then cut the blue truck off and had to swerve into the lane when the dash cam driver hit. that trailer guy should have switched lanes a long time ago then he wouldn't have caused an accident.
