this guy was running from the police and crashed his car. by then the police would be amped up. this guy could've caused a lot of issues running, hurting people. he fought them at first, bad move.. these cops were pi$$ed. sometimes anger can get the better of you and judgment... most often I think the police are right in their actions,sometimes their adrenalin is pumping hard and actions happen without thinking... on all sides. in general,.I thank the police for their service, putting their lives on the line for all American citizens.
