Not everyone in the black community is emotionally immature. yes, their are people who were dealt a bad hand in life. It doesn't mean that you can't change the cards. therapy is needed, self reflection, and change in behavior. it can be done. yes, it's going to be hard at first, but if you truly want something, you will work hard for it.

The children of the slaves really believes they can integrate into the fiber of this system and become one with the beast.
