they have to be able to ARTICULATE what the crime is that they suspect you of. they CANNOT simply say in a blanket way "I suspect you of a crime" I find it interesting too that when the future attorney attempts to educate this cop by informing him of what THE LAW ACTUALLY DOES SAY the seargent steps in to 🛑 him. SMH. that was THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF WHAT HE WAS SAYING AND RATHER THAN ALLOW YOUR OFFICER TO BE EDUCATED YOU STEPPED IN TO 🛑 HIM FROM BEING EDUCATED BECAUSE YOU DUD NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT YOUR QUALIFIED IMMUNITY GOES OUT THE 🪟 WHEN YOU DO JOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT ROOK PLACE HERE. this country needs reform on the most basic level. it's a cesspool.
