I LIVE N PHOENIX n saw this n the news just like u did just now these (pigs) just rushed him cause sum white guy pointed at him saying he was the disturbance when really it was him. This poor guy is deaf N can't communicate. Seriously didn't ask him any questions or tried to find out anything.Poor quy was still charged with assaulting an officer.
