I don’t blame him one bit. Customer service can be quite the unfathomable fresh hell, that awaits you multiple times a day. If everyone had to experience working in the C/S industry then maybe people could understand that cashiers are not your person punching bag. I had a customer chuck a pen in my eye, because I wouldn’t cash his ‘clearly forged check’ & there’re plenty more incidents like that, if not worse.
