Fuck food handling regulations. We all grew up in a time where there were kids lemonade stands every summer, my sister's did it every summer weekend. I don't remember anyone claiming they had to have pancreatic surgery or have their stomach pumped. This is just a shining example of today's soft ass, entitled, "I just want to be heard and I gotta be right" mentality. It's disgusting that an adult, especially one who claims to have children themself, would come up to a 7 year old little girls lemonade stand and try to shut that shit down. Instead of praising this child's entrepreneurial character, and encouraging her, you want to come and ruin it. If you don't want any, then beat it creep, kick rocks you gremlin.
Lemonade stands has always been based off of donations and support for children. Real easy if you don’t want to donate and expect the lemonade as a token of appreciation don’t donate.
