I am so sick and tired of the courts feeling like just because you're the biological parent you have the right to be with your child! that baby is not crying for no reason, there is something going on in his father's household that he's not comfortable with but yet y'all are steadily sending the boy back with him! then when something happens to this young man it's going to be a totally different story. laws need to be changed! we are losing too many babies at the hands of their biological parents when the child was crying out and was forced to go back with the biological parents.

I am a mother and grandmother of 4 and I've been involved with family court over one of my grandchildren. There is something very wrong with this Lil boy and why he's acting this way about going with his bio dad.

This is a Co-Parenting transfer at the local police station. This was ruled by a Judge and I can guarantee the child had an Psychological assessment. I noticed the Mother wasn't there or was probably sitting in the car. I also noticed that the boy was calling the black man "Dad", which is wrong.

this hit hard 😪 I was 6 when this same exact thing happened. I held on so tight to my dad.. he didn't even look back at me. The woman officer had to squeeze my hand real tight and pull on it so I can let go.. it hurt so bad that i did let go.I carried that in my heart for years.. as an adult I was able to tell my dad I was sorry I let go of him.. He said he didn't remember that.. I on the other hand remember everything from that moment..
