Looks like he's outside a hotel. Not good for their business. He's likely doing drugs. I feel for the cops....he is so abusive, yelling at them, swearing, etc. The cops show alot of restraint, more than most police would. I'd like to know how this gets resolved....hospital? Or jail overnight?...
