Except that the words of the sixteenth amendment specifically say that they DO. An amendment, once ratified, IS the constitution. It is logically and legally impossible for any part of the constitution to be unconstitutional.

there is a law on income tax... people just don't know where to find it... it's in the social security act of 1935...it wasn't implemented until after the victory tax act in 1943 which last two years once it expired the income tax was finally implemented. look it up in the social security act of 1935..
