Do you know this is not uncommon for people groomed, abused, and molested by adults to hide behind their emotions or actions. It’s a type of behavior that they want to believe nothing happened. By protecting their abuse and not telling the truth, gives them a sense of control. I can tell you it doesn’t end well, turns into mental illness and drug addiction.
