He was a judge. He held a place of power so his punishment should have been much worse than just death, but also involve death. They prosicute people to the full sentence when a judge is attacked. So if he as a judge and can do a nasty crime like that he should be on another level of punishment.

I'm 52 years old now and haven't seen him since. It has affected me to this day. Depression, Addiction, Low self esteem, Bad Relationships, Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and Sexual Issues. I deal with it better now and can freely talk about it and listen to others stories, it helps the healing process. Yes I've been to counseling... But it never washes away, it changed the my life forever!!!

Not to defend either party, but do we know for sure the judge was actually molesting the guy's daughter? I just got out in October after doing twelve years; No funny crimes. But I talked to a lifer who shot-n-buried a dude he said molested his kid. Turned out he blasted the dude over a perceived disrespect situation. Told the court it was over a molesting thing to avoid premeditated.
