U can easily just pull the ignition relay and they can't take it. Or just unplug the sensor to the gas pedal and can't go anywhere. So many things you can just unplug and not have to spend money on. But they can still just tow your vehicle away if it's really worth it.

Gas pedal pad held on with simple pin and clevis rod set up too on most vehicles. Just pull off with pliers and slide crap off and put pedal back on....🤔🤔🤔🤔
