Once again- we don’t get the full story and all the comments are the anti-police mafia. 🙄 If you simply let the cops do their job, things go a LOT smoother.What we are ALL lacking here is what led up to the video starting. Y’all don’t know if this guy had a warrant, was driving under the influence, had an illegal substance in view, etc.Pretty sure she’s no saint, and neither is the driver.

UPDATE: NOW NEARLY TWO YEARS LATER, We are finally in possession of 23 more pages of reports and police dash cam which clearly shows Officer James Elmore fabricated and literally made up the traffic violation of not signaling 100ft before the turn the reason he states for pulling us over. He had no good faith and nothing but bad intentions of doing harm to innocent citizens who had done absolutely NOTHING wrong!! That is why they all tried so damn hard with all their lies and deceit to intimidate, even going as far as to use me to threaten etc Mr. Clark into , into taking that plea deal, which they finally succeeded in doing. This is why the city and the police department fought so hard not to release the dash cam and body cam to the public.

it's clearly shows officer was intentionally trying to break his arm! everyone can clearly see this is a highway and traffic passing by why he is pulling him out. they could have got hit by a car and killed. his arm was swollen e times the size of his other one but he gor denied medical attention. but this officer is more worried about words hurting his feelings. if I do find out he has a domestic abuse case against him. he will never be a officer anywhere ever again!!
