I used to prep rotisserie chickens at a place back in the day so now I always buy rotisserie chickens at the supermarket. It reminds me of what I used to do and instead of prepping and cooking chicken after a long days of work it’s nice to just go buy a nice good cooked warm one that’s been cooked And I put the time when they were put out you know you got a fresh one
