Actually... The Manager does have the right to have them wait outside. I understand the lady was upset, but untill there was No reason to keep acting like that. The Manager was trying to Deescalate the situation so nothing else happened. It's Private property too, so she does have that right and she can have her Trespassed. There was nothing left for that customer to say or do untill the cops got there. She was protecting her employees, because Believe it or Not... Customers are Not Always Right!!
