Happens to a lot of families that live in a town but they want their children to have better schooling in another town. If it’s a public school you just can’t do that without having a residence in that town. Unfortunately it’s a part of life and no they don’t enroll your children to another school that would be your job. There’s plenty of schools in Hartford although you may not want your children there it is what it is. Or just don’t send them. Hope things work out for you.
