Yeah I'm over here all the time. There's always shit like this going on. Even in Woonsocket there are masses of people living under the bridges. I'm from Pawtucket and Central Falls where homelessness is regular as fuck. Still sad. I spent a few years like this myself as well.

This appears to be in most democratic run states. Look right outside our Capitol in Whashington DC, Cites in CA., New York. They give illegal immigrants, places to live, free medical, food. I was a water meter reader in Stockton for 32yrs and had to deal with this shit everyday...they would set up on top of my water meters...I would just go in kicking they're crap off my meters then have to do it again the next month....always added another hour to an already long day

Why is it so hard for people to understand. This is untreated MENTAL ILLNESS/ADDICTION. Y'all think people are just homeless but otherwise normal??? Just lazy??? These are people who's traumas from childhood on just overwhelmed them. We ALL have pain and trauma, but we were lucky to've found strength, or had people who loved us enough.
