well sorry to say but the majority of anybody who I've seen anywhere in Philly all day the first thing that people do is go through their pockets looking for anything worth money and then maybe then maybe only then with a dial 911 if they're lucky. either way it pisses me off and it breaks my heart. I just hope he is ok. that's the only thing I'm worried about looking at this . if they were trying or did take anything from him KARMA WILL MEET Them SOON. if not good for them. I guess!🙄
