I remember this I watched it on one of those crime shows and if they say it correctly, Mom had walked away and never gave permission for the little girl to go with the man. He asked a little girl and she went with him on her own when Mom turned around they were both gone. she figured they probably just walked outside. Maybe his wife came or their shopping in the store or at least that’s what the show that I watched said mom didn’t tell him go ahead and take her with you. I’m wrong. Please let me know.
