if you notice the street signs on the road the car was in a straight lane and the truck was in a turn lane. was caused the roll over is that the truck needed a wider turn but the car driver cut them off and in a desperate attempt the truck driver had to make a shaper turn than recommended causing the weight to shift and topple over. my assessment is that it's the car drivers fault 100 percent

Back when I was probably 8 years old, I saw a loaded dump truck being pulled up onto its wheels again, and there was a car under the truck that looked like a thin piece of sheet metal!
whoever died it's sad cause it was there own fault. they cut over 3 lanes to turn left and cut a loaded tanker
Notice the straight arrow in the cars lane but people will says the big rig is at fault because he was going to fast… even though he is legally allowed to encroach the other lane because it shouldn’t be in use.
If I went this is the way right here. A microsecond of here and then GONE. That is the best way.

Looks like the truck also took out at least one other car that was in the lane beside where he was turning... after they "made" the turn. The tank got the car that cut him off. The cab got the car in the opposing lane as he took the turn.
I never ride next to big rigs but this looks strange that truck was moving pretty fast maybe the car thought he could beat him around that corner and get in front bad idea that cost someone their life maybe passengers as well
