Waukegan Police were arresting a suspect of domestic battery when officer Richard Tabisz slammed them to the ground saying 'Aw, you fell dude, why did you fall?'.Tabisz was called into the police department on Wednesday and charged with two felony counts of official misconduct and two misdemeanor counts of battery.

those other two officers did not do nothing because they did not want to cross that blue line. that puts their life in jeopardy for crossing that line. let me explain,,, if a cop tells on another cop, that is called "crossing the blue line" now if the officer who told on another officer puts out a 999, which means officer needs help urgently, no officers will respond to him. and if that one officer does respond to help him he has crossed the blue line.
