I live in Parkville, this must be old or it would've been on the news w/the whole story. 1st off the children on the bus are getting a taste of crazy & that a person shouldn't keep driving w/a human hanging on to the front bumper. On the other hand, maybe the driver didn't have a choice. Who's to say what he could've done if he stopped & had access to entering the bus w/Children
