looked liked he was going to start getting up till cop. said get on ground hope baby is ok what I dont get when the other cop was tossing the spike strip that car was barley moving why didn't the cop just go to the passenger door or another cop car that was behind him sure there is more than 1 with all the sirens 1 or 2 of the cars could of went around to the right of him and blocked the road sure he would of gave up or maybe would of took off on foot but at least there wouldn't of been an accident and baby would been safe. and that guy would of got more charges that fleeing from police would got child endangerment reckless driving accident with injury they go on and on

The spike strip worked, actually. It stopped the car and that's the goal. It just went to another level in HOW the car stopped which is unfortunate with a child in the car and a person launching out of the car. Sure none of that was expected.
