This young lady must learn restraint. NEVER allow others to pull you away from your normal. It seems she attempted to rectify his problem to no avail. She mad for nothin I’ve had a female customer come into Taco Bell when I worked there and she came in with an attitude and it was my 3rd day on the job but she asked for a manager and I got the manager cause I don’t know why she mad and rude the customer behind her apologized to me when they didn’t have to.

I agree with you on that. Every job, no matter what the situation, has this policy that the customer is always right, which is bull crap. That means if a customer punches me in the face out of nowhere, and I react and protect myself. I'm fired or get locked up. Crazy !! But the situation here is unprofessional as they today society. Whatever job you do, you have to suck whatever it is up, be professional, and just walk away to keep your job period.
