You couldn't even hear anything when they opened the door..She practiced that ... children are trying to sleep...He said we have a noise ordinance until 11 pm ..and it's the weekend...so it's not even 11pm .. And he wasn't rude to her ...so what's all you Karen's problem.
Birthday party is once a year. a neighbor should be able to deal with noise for one night. now. if this were every night, night after night, then she should say something. if it gets until 2 or 3AM then sheshould day something.
This guy has a right to his party noise till eleven. He pays rent to. Sometimes you have to suffer thru a little inconvenience when you have close neighbors.

for everyone saying she was wrong.... its not wrong to politely request someone turn down their music. we have one small clip to go off of, thats it. we see her politely explaining she has small children trying to sleep and the guy being a completely rude asshole. regardless of noise ordinances, you still need to be respectful of your neighbors and any children in the area.
I don't know about Hagerstown but in Baltimore it's not 11pm anymore. It's anytime of day that music/ppl are too loud.My neighbors used to have frequent crazy loud parties with dozens upon dozens of ppl with the music cranked up. Often very late, after midnight. The latest party carried onto after 2am. I asked them in person to turn it down, only to be threatened by drunk ppl.When my stepdad's Alzheimer's hit a certain level he would freak out taking hours to calm down. That's when I started to call the police.
Why didn't the ring camera pick up all the noise? You want quiet? Move to the woods. I couldn't imagine going to my neighbor's house to complain about their noise? Who TF does this neighbor think they are?
